Surrounded by rolling hills of olive groves, woods and vineyards, you will find the rural ancient hamlet of Quercia al Poggio. A former Convent, the estate has since been converted into a vineyard for Chianti Classico wines.
We instantly fell in love with this beautiful venue and its rural setting during our visit in early 2025, and we are beyond excited to celebrate our wedding weekend here with you.
The hamlet has accommodation for our guests, with apartments across two residences:
Villa Cappella is the main property with 6 apartments, and is central to where different events across the weekend will be hosted.
A smaller property Villa Proneta, located 300m away, has a further 4 apartments and its own private swimming pool.
The apartments in both villas range in sizes - from one to three bedrooms with one or two bathrooms. Apartments are equipped with kitchen appliances, washing and ironing facilities, hair-dryers, Wi-Fi and a private garden or terrace.
Unfortunately Villas Cappella and Proneta do not have enough accommodation for all guests to stay on site, so we will be making use of partnered B&B's nearby (600m).
The Quercia al Poggio estate has panoramic swimming pools; tennis, basketball, and beach volleyball courts; French boules; ping-pong, to be enjoyed by all wedding guests throughout the weekend.
Allocation
Following your confirmation of attendance, we will allocate you to the best suited accommodation:

In select cases, guests will be allocated a private apartment

Some guests will be grouped together into apartments

Remaining guests will be invited to stay at the nearby B&B's
Please specify when completing your RSVP should you have a preference or wish to arrange your own accommodation.
Regardless, we will speak with you before making allocations, ahead of final details of your accommodation being shared in January 2026.
Cost
We are kindly asking each guest to contribute £250 towards the cost of accommodation hire.
Accommodation will be provided for 3 nights (Friday, Saturday & Sunday). Note that all catering throughout the weekend is also provided.
As the accommodation will be reserved for the full duration, we cannot accept partial payment should you wish to arrive or depart at different times.
Payment will be required in January 2026.
